SV Scale Visibility.

I build and run the systems that
make marketing work.

CRM, lead capture, follow-up automation, marketing workflows, integrations, and reporting. Work directly with me to connect the pieces and keep them running.

Hands-on execution. Agreed priorities. Ongoing attention.

Every handoff matters.

I work across these connections, from the first form to the ongoing workflow.

The work behind the marketing.

You have goals to move toward and tools to work with. I bring the technical execution and ongoing operations to help those tools serve your team.

01

Marketing workflows

Build and maintain the steps behind your marketing, with clear handoffs, agreed responsibilities, and a practical way to track the work.

02

Lead capture & routing

Connect inquiries to the right destination, preserve useful context, and make the next action clear.

03

CRM & pipeline operations

Organize contacts, stages, and handoffs so your team can see where leads stand and what needs attention.

04

Follow-up automation

Set up practical confirmations, reminders, and follow-up workflows, then check that they keep working.

05

Integrations & data flow

Connect the tools you already use, reduce repeated data entry, and troubleshoot the gaps between systems.

06

Tracking & reporting

Set up useful tracking and reporting so you can understand activity, spot problems, and choose the next improvement.

Built, connected, and put to use.

A clear scope. Someone moving it forward.

This is a recurring engagement for a defined share of my time and attention. We agree on priorities, capacity, and communication before work begins.

01

Agree on the priorities.

We review your current systems, the friction your team is facing, and what needs to work better. Together, we define the first priorities and the capacity to address them.

02

Build, connect, and improve.

I do the hands-on work, test the changes, and document what your team needs to know. Within our agreed scope, I move work forward proactively and flag decisions that need your input.

03

Keep the systems working.

We review progress, address issues, and adjust the next priorities. You have a clear view of what changed, what is in progress, and what comes next.

Clear responsibilities, from the start.

I own the hands-on work we agree to. You retain ownership of overall marketing strategy, budgets, and people management. Requests are prioritized within our agreed capacity; additional work is scoped before it begins.

Josh Winningham, founder of Scale Visibility

A builder with an operator's perspective.

I'm Josh Winningham, a full-stack product developer and the founder of Scale Visibility. My background includes 16+ years operating remote digital businesses. Today I build and maintain the software behind real workflows.

At Cleaning Business Academy, I built and operated an educational digital business, grew its email audience, sold an online course, and handled customer support, refunds, and ongoing customer communication.

That experience sits alongside the technical work shown here: capturing inquiries, connecting systems, and building reporting. I understand the ongoing work around a customer relationship and bring that perspective to the systems I build and run.

Need dedicated help building a website or application?

For development work on the site or product itself, start with the web and product developer role. If your needs span both, we agree on responsibilities and capacity together, with overlapping work counted once. If you only need AI visibility fixed on the site you have, the $49 audit is the faster door.

Common questions

The hands-on work behind your marketing: connecting forms, CRM, and follow-up; building and maintaining workflows and automations; integrating the tools you already use; and setting up tracking and reporting so you can see what needs attention. It's execution and upkeep, not strategy consulting.

No. You keep ownership of overall marketing strategy, budgets, and people management. I own the hands-on work we agree to, move it forward proactively within our capacity, and flag decisions that need your input.

The ones you already use where possible. I've built and run systems on CRMs, form and email platforms, project tools like Monday.com, and custom integrations between them. Before taking ownership of a workflow I review the current boards, integrations, request volume, and where work gets held up.

I can set up and support email campaigns: lists, automation, tracking, and reporting. Campaign execution is scoped separately once we know the audience, list sources, frequency, and who supplies and approves the copy.

As a fixed monthly retainer for reserved capacity. After a short discovery of your recurring workload and backlog, I recommend a monthly commitment and fee. Implementation, meetings, communication, and reporting all count toward that capacity.

Yes. Monthly citation and accuracy checks from Scale Visibility's audit, and keeping schema and llms.txt current as pages ship, fit naturally into the same reporting rhythm. If AI visibility is the only thing you need, start with the $49 audit instead.
